I am thinking so because I know that the longer a woman does it the more harder it will be for her child to let go when she stops. I mean I know its good for bonding but I am just thinking what will make it easier on him in the long run, you know? I am just curious to know what others think.

Breastfeeding any child should be stopped at age 2, in my opinnion. Some doctor's want you to stop around age 1.

I once heard of a woman who was still breastfeeding at age 10...

5 would be a bit old for breast feeding if you ask me. I think the child should stop when it can eat solid food (1 or so)... But what do I know.....

Holy crap, a 5 year old!! You're pumping it and serving it to him in a glass, right? Anything past 2 years old with the kid still latched onto your boob is bizarre.
