In short, it depends on the nature of the problems and trouble. I have been known to ignore important tasks which I am responsible for in the hope that they will go away. I have also been known to complain and whine about things going on in my life...probably more than I should at times. What really puzzles me is that I tend to be far more stoic about physical pain (eg. surgery) than other problems which, on the face of it, may seem smaller.

Cup a Tea and a Nice biscuit....

thats always a fabulous start, and then that allows me to be chilled out enough to be ebale to face the thing head on...

next - get up, strap on my armour, then i take my sword and sheild in2 battle, and see how much trouble this really is...

maybe, i will need a half time cupp-a-tea....

sometimes i hide a little if its scary - duvet-day fashion !!!

hehe...

Hit 'em head on! No matter how I'd much rather run and hide, it never solves problems, so I just tackle 'em as they come!

do my best to deal with it as i can
not worry about it (unless it's one of those things where you really have to do something.. like being behind in school or something. otherwise just try to ignore it)
do NOT allow yourself to get depressed.. one of the worst things ever and hard to get out of
