I am not a Hillary supporter, but do not hate her either. You talk of Bush derangement syndrome, but he has made poor choices that have led to people not liking him, including Republicans. He had a 90+% approval rating after 9-11. So, can anyone give me a logical reason why they hate Hillary other than personal attacks on her appearance, etc?

maybe it's the "for sale" sign on her back?
maybe it's her lying and orchestrated coverups?
maybe it's the way she plays both sides against the middle?

1 - I find Hillary to be more like Nancy Reagan than most other first ladies. 2 - Nice try, yeah right, pull out the gender card. Her plan is garbage. Why isn't she trying to institute this now, while she's a senator? When she's president, she'll demand the legislation so she can sign it, why not propose it now? 3 - She earned those titles for her behavior alone 4 - Yes, it is conceivable that levels of irrational hatred have caused support for Hillary. The levels and reasons of disliking her have done that, they are a bit much, I find that 90% of the info on her is either untrue or distorted, it's that 10% that is factual that I worry about. On a personal level, I dislike her for trying to fill the role of a strong woman that is a leader of strong women. Mostly because she is not a strong woman, she follows her power toting husband around and uses his notoriety to gain some herself. Any self respecting woman would not stick by a man that has repeatedly cheated on her. I could understand if it was just once, but Bill has a history of chasing women, and they aren't Hillary. She also does not speak for nor represent all women like she tries to, no more than Jesse Jackson speaks for all blacks.

The reasons why people dislike Bush and Hillary are one and the same: both are dividers, not uniters. Hillary is embracing a bad plan (universal health care) which most Republicans won't support. We believe in working for what you get, and having the government collect everyone's money and spend it somewhat equally on everyone's health care is not fair. Plus it will lower the quality of our medical system, which currently is a world leader. I personally don't think any of her policies are good. That's why I don't like her.

Cons have their usual suspicious hated of anything that isn't pre-approved by the RNC. But, with Hillary, the normal conservative critical din turns into skittish shrieking for two simple reasons: Hillary is a woman and she is ahead.
That combination frightens the living bejesus out of cons. It is their worst nightmare come true. Cons will deny it to their last breath and they will cheerfully vilify anyone that remotely suggests that it is true. But, it is. And everyone knows it, too. Even they do.

I like your question, and I kept coming back to see if even one had reasons that weren't irrational or gleaned from the Republican smear handbook. Alas, nothing so far that smacks of rationality or truth. It's why we never see questions about her policies or stand on the issues unless they're laced with smear rhetoric. They've got nothing BUT rhetoric and old stories they love to believe and spread around. At least when we see questions about Bush's failures and incompetence there is actual events to point to that back it up instead of jingoism.

She's the most socialist individual to ever run for office in the United States. Not only this, or as a result of it, she has committed to raising taxes, spending hundreds of billions more on socialist programs...hear about the $5,000 a baby program? These are not things she's 'suspected of', but things she's admitted to be committed to! She's also suspected of being a rather serious criminal given Whitewater and her $10,000 to $100,000 in a week investment schemes. Then too, when you get one, you get the other. You don't get Hillary without Bill since she runs to him every time she gets into trouble. (How's that for a strong leader? How would you feel if Bush ran to Laura to bail him out every time he screwed up. Wouldn't respect him much, would you?)
Not only that, but my 13 year old, boy scout patrol leader, son has more experience as an executive than Hillary does.
The list goes on.

I agree personal attacks are just petty. But the reason true capitalists disapprove of Hillary is because of her stances on the issues. She continues to go down the socialist path with a constant pandering about her purposed entitlement programs.

The woman who claim she was name after Sir Hillary who scale Everest only later to retract it.
The woman who call a general from combat a liar.
The woman whose law records show up by magic outside her office and nobody dare to question her.
The woman who coined the phrase "vast right wing consipacry" come to find out her husband did do the dirty deed and never apologize for it.
The woman who is the smartest woman in the world claims how the Republicans keeps out smarting her.
The woman who defends the man who smear a victim of sexual harressment.
The woman who made more money than anyone else in cattle stock futures in history and yet doesn't even know the basic way it works.
It was her health care plan that sunk the DNC majority in Congress to lead to 8 years of GOP presidency.
You need more I do have more and I think I gave you a good taste of why I think she grates at me.

It really reminds me of how people thought before Aushwitz... they went into some kind of fantasy haze where they thought Jews were Satan's minion and everyone who supported their right to live was just as evil.
It's remarkable how their statements are EXACTLY the same as Germany in 1930...
These are all comments we've seen from Y!A users about democrats:
"Freedom Isn't Free"
"I'd give up my liberites for freedom any day"
"You're either with us or you're with the terrorists."
"They want nothing more than to bring our country down to it's knees."
"The very sound of her voice sends chills up my spine."
"They would just as soon kill you as look at you."
"Osama Obama is a Muslim too."
"Shrillary Klintoon just wants to have a shot at Monica too."
"They just want to steal all your money and give it to their terrorist friends."
"They hate the military"
"They want to use socialism to make Christians slaves to homosexuals."
"Hillary is a lesbian socialist pinko."
"Their pink friends want America to lose the war."
"Hillary is nothing more than a chinese geisha"
"Obama is only running because he's black."
"John Kerry faked being in a war and getting all those awards..."
"Al Gore just wants to "sell" his global warming to scare you."
"They have no morals because they are Godless."
"Clinton was not really even a President because he was Inpeeched (notice the misspelling)."
