Talk to a person at the store. Don't call the store this time of year. They never answer when its crowded and a manager is always on the floor.
If you make a fuss with a manager most likely they will give you what you want. Just so you shut the Hell up haha
Why do I get a thumbs down? I'm serious here like the person below. Best Buy is horrible with customer service. Calling the store directly will get you constant rining for X number of minutes. If you are lucky they will pick up and then put you on hold for X number of minutes till the brainiacs can find a person to talk to. Go in and talk to a Sales manager or Customer Service manager.
Also bargin with a supervisor or manager on Open Box items. Try it on TV and expensive items. These guys get a bonus if they hit a certain % at the end of the month. They want all Open items out the front door.

Go to Best Buy's web site.
www.bestbuy.com
find under the rubrik contact us : out where the head quarters is and file a complaint. My experience with Best Buy's was positive. I even got some one that told me to go to another place who would have cheaper routers than they have.

I dont mean to be a serious pessimist, but best buy is kinda KNOWN for their crappy customer service. My father called several complaints on them. I kid you not, the lady on the customer service hotline seriously said "well, what do you want us to do about it?" this was a serious thing too... like, they told my dad they'd be there between 1 and 5 to deliver his GIANT expensive tv. Well, he went to work and came back at 1, and there was a note on his door that they tried to deliver at 8am, but since he wasnt there to recieve it.. he'd have to go and pick it up himself.
The driver said he only had that one delivery that day, so he wanted to get it out the way early.. and it wasnt his fault that there wasnt any one there to sign for it. When my dad talked to the customer service people, they said what they said...
my dad returned the $4000 television, and went to circuit city.

Try their corporate offices. They usually have a complaints area and if that isn't good enough get a hold of the better business bureau.

Best Buy committed fraud today. sold something that was not what was in the box, purported to be the ad item and later admitted they knew the one in box was not what it was said to contain. No reasoning here. Never again.
