I usually book my airfare directly thru the airline's website and the hotel thru my casino host since I get a WAY better rate than the published ones.
But, before those days, I used www.vegas.com - it's thru USAirways and it's the best package deal. Not such a deal if you do either airfare or hotel but the best deal if you do them together. I also find the best price six weeks before date of travel.

Personally I use Expedia for plane tickets but for hotels I would just call the hotel and book it that way. Make sure you stay on the strip! You will spend a fortune in cabs if you stay off the strip.

Check each of Travelocity, Expedia, and Orbitz. Then go to the website of the lowest priced hotels and see if they will beat the price.

I have been lucky with Orbitz. The main thing is to buy yor tickets more than 30 days in advance to get the best deal.
