Hand eye coordination is the reaction of the hands when the eye sees something. Hand-eye coordination makes all of the difference in the World when it comes to being a hockey player or an athlete in any sports that include the hands because that's how the Game is played--with the hands.

Get a nintendo ds or wii that will definately improve your reaction
time. If you want to improve motor skills you can rather go to your local track and get a drift car or you can get a racing wheel for almost any video game console

If you mean typing YA questions, I'd say no. Learning how to juggle, practicing swinging a ball bat at a ball on a tee, or even dancing might be helpful activities.

my brother had to go to something called O.T. its a therapy thing cause he needed to improve his hand eye coordination, surprisingly the lady told him to play video games! i guess its because your hands have to do something without your eyes looking at them b/c they have to look at the game.
