this kind of feeling happens sometimes when people do drugs. Have you ever done drugs? Although possible with the "softer" drugs like pot, it's more common with the harder ones like heroine.
However, if you have never done drugs, perhaps you just feel stagnant in your life. Maybe try doing something spontaneous and crazy, like skydiving.
