theres this wierd girl at my job shes real wierd and says shes been to psychic school. she does this trick where she asks you a question tells you to think about it, writes the answer down, rumbles up the sheet ofpaper. Then she takes another one and tells you to tell her the answer. when you tell her she writes it down and just to make sure it wasnt an x I told her to write an x below the answers. shwe did and did the same thing 3 times. Then when she uncrumbled the paper they had the same answer. The one i wrote the x on even had the x. could she really have read my mind. The wierd thing is I was thinking lisandra for the first answer and she misunderstood and wrote lashonda. but the answer still poped up with the x. She says she dosnt even no how she did it and she just closes her eyes and the answer pos up in her haid. is this maic or a trick

Well, there are lots of magicians who do similiar tricks without the benefit of psychic powers.

If she truly believes she has a power then she should contact one of the many skeptic organizations across the US. I believe that most of them have a paranormal challenge that pays people a nice prize if they can demonstrate that they have paranormal powers. This would qualify. Of course, it has to be done as a scientific test under control circumstances. However, if your friend can prove that she has this power then she can change the world of science. If she refuses then start to wonder why she would refuse.

One way to test this is for her to write down the answer, crumple up the paper, and then hand it to you and you hold on to it so you know that there was no trickery involved.

It's a trick. I used to know how it worked because my better half could do it and he showed me. But I am useless and can't remember how.
