If you already know what their attitude is, the smart thing to do is to wait until you're a bit older and hopefully out on your own, at least off to college.

16 is quite a young age to have to accept some of the hassle that will come your way if you tell people you are bi or gay. If you feel you're up to it, then go ahead and tell people. Otherwise hold on for a while until you feel more confident in yourself and other people's opinions will matter less.
Maybe tell a close friend or school counsellor, or someone else in your family you are very close to.
If your parents are really anti gay, then waiting until you are 18 (or whatever the age for majority is in your country) is probably better. That way you are legally your own person.
It's a tough situation to be in. Most of us grow up "behind enemy lines" subjected to negative comments about gay people. It will get easier with time. Quite often, people who we think are quite anti turn out to be supportive and embarrassed by the things they've said.

Oh Baby, you are between a rock and a hard place. Is there anyone in your family you *can* talk to? An aunt or someone you really trust to keep your secret to whom you can confide in and who can help you? I understand your fears and the first poster is correct that if you have any worries about your folks you shouldn't tell them until you can support yourself; but you also need to take some stress off yourself.
Let's see what some of our Wise Gentlemen have to say...

I never had a chance to tell my parents. I was outted by a couple of family members. I was just about your age at the time. Start by coming out to your close friends. Work from there first.
