Wash it..
and if they have piles.. hehehe.. use my grams old rememdy.. slice a piece of dial soap and stick it up there.. it will itch but will take care of all the piles and the itcheyness will be gone in about 5 minutes and your all better.. I know too much info.. but she did it to me when i was younger and omg i could have went crazy.. lol

I use to have a pin hanging in my car that read "if it itches scratch it"
Just wash your hands after.
