Of course, we should have put Elizabeth Dole on a ticket long ago!
Maybe it's not too late!

Did Reagan has a master's? Not sure, anyway, who says a master's is a requirement?
As for republicans requiring the nice family life you indicate, Rudy seems to be missing much of that, what he has like 3 wives and kids that dislike him, and might dress in women's clothes, yet he is still running for prez as a republican. So I doubt that having a few kids and staying at home would be a requirement for a republican woman candidte.

Depends on the woman. Libby Dole? Ariana Huffington? Condi Rice? Sure. Hillary Clinton? Not only no but HELL NO!!! Experience isn't the issue, and her politics are only a peripheral issue. The key issue with Hillary is the fact that she has shown very clearly that she's in politics for one reason, and that one reason is POWER. People who covet power are the worst possible leaders because they are the most likely to abuse it, and Hillary has repeated abuses of power in her portfolio.

They will never elect a woman or a person of color president in my lifetime. Doesn't matter, the Republican party is going to be extinct if it doesn't start waking up and realize the whole country isn't just old white country club guys.

Who are these mystical right wing Republicans you quote?
As I recall the Republicans like Elizabeth Dole and there are plenty of Democrats who don't like Hillary Clinton.

If they're christians, according to their religion, they could not for GOD says so.
--hehe, and here Americans think Islams are sexist; at least Islams treat their women the way they do out of RESPECT for them, rather than out of HATE--
Read the bible a little more closely (and by the way, I'm talking the new testament, let alone the old); you won't believe your eyes.
"Your husband will rule over you."
"Wives submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as CHRIST is the head of the church."
"Husbands, respect your wives, the weaker partner."
"I do not permit a woman to teach or have power over any man."
"Youths oppress my people, WOMEN rule over them."
"Adam was not the one who was decieved. It was the woman who was decieved and became a sinner."
----jesus died for our sins, yada yada, we can be forgiven, we can ALL go to heaven if we try---
"Only those who had learned the song (of the lord) could be saved (in the end times of the world). These are those who did NOT defile themselves with women. "
S.hit; if I cannot be forgiven for EVE's sin, how the ***** can I expect to be forgiven for my own? As it is, if I'm alive in the end times, NO MATTER WHAT, I'm going to HELLLLLLLL.
---any how, yeah, no "true" christian could vote for a woman---
...and "true christians" are republicans, usually.
the dude below me; we can all see where he got his ideas from!!!!!
-----------
let me also say that, if you look at the woman that we have running right now, I'm starting to think that this ^^^ might be the way to go afterall!

If accomplishing something worthwhile were a prerequisite for being President, Bush never would have made it onto the ballot.

Thanks for the laugh I needed it today after reading on the Lib troll postings. How long did it take you to come up with those three absurd statements! I would love a woman as President as long as it is the right one, Hilary is not even close to being qualified. What has she done to be so? Married to Bill....ok, everyone.....ooooh, aaaaah!
