what do u think about them? are they real or fake? i think there real... need info please

I like you, dabbing in what most believe is fake, who knows? I presume that it is quite possible for there to be such a thing.

there are real, sort of, they are actual people but have been reduced into folklore. ever seen those people with lots and lots of hair all over their face? that's where the folklore came from. obviously they don't go around mauling or biting people turning them into werewolves too, but they do exist. in fact, the old horror movie from the 1940s The Wolf Man starring Lon Chaney Jr. looks exactly like what these people look like. it's a disorder called hypertrichosis

edit: I did a little reading on the subject and found some interesting things as far as the animal like behavior associated with some people that cause them to maul other people and animals. you gotta understand that back in the ancient times, people were less enlightened back then and explained things the best they could. i found this site to be helpful http://joteel.com/werewolf/exp.htm

Well, I don't know about the kind that actually turn into wolves but there is a mental illness (clinical lycanthropy) that makes people believe they are animals and act accordingly.

I do think that there could/could have been a virus or disease that could cause a chemical imbalance to the point that the slight change in the gravitational pull of the moon might cause some kind of temporary insanity. Making the infected deranged and wolf-like, in a metaphorical sense.

If there were, don't you agree that more publicity would be spent on them? Like spirits, for example. There is so much proof for their existance its nearly impossible to think they're not real....
But werewolves? Fraid not.

werewolves very rare but could happen you need to think about warwolves though thay are very real

there have been many stories and legends of people possessed by animal spirits and well documented true stories of people who have hair all over their body Anthony Head from the Buffy series did a programme investigating all written documents archives etc and that is where you'll get your best answer it is possible my guess i hope so that makes things just that little bit more interesting
