which state has puget sound as its northwestern corner?

First of all, only the first few people are right: it is washington

Second of all, Puget Sound is not in Oregon (to the guy who said it did, Plain S). Its terminus is basically Olympia, and thats still 100 miles as the car drives to the Columbia River.

Also, Puget Sound is not in British Columbia. Puget sound essentially has its north "border" at Admiralty Inlet/Straight of Juan de Fuca, plenty far south of Canada. The body of water that separates Vancouver Island and mainland BC is the Straight of Georgia.

Actually, It is both Washington and Oregon. They both border the Puget sound to the North West Corner. Google earsth never lies...
