You can only save one of them. Which do you choose to save?
Don't get all technical like "how am I supposed to save them?", "why are they falling off a cliff?", etc. It's just a question.

I would save the answer to all my questions and then get the answer to how to save the other three

I would choose the answers to all of my questions.
First of all, I don't know how tall the cliff is and my friend and parents could very well survive. Secondly, if I had all the answers to my questions, I would have the cure for cancer.

My parents but since my mother is gone I would have to say a cure for cancer. I would still save my dad.

both my parents are deceased, so i'd have to save the answers to all my questions, which would enable me to both save my best friend, and find a cure for cancer.

Well both of my parents have passed, my best friend isn't really, and I don't need the answers(I know everything j/k) so the cure for cancer. Yeah, that's it!!!

i would save my parents for sure.
irony would be if i develop cancer as karmic punishment for being selfish.

This may sound superficial, but I would choose my best friend! I love her dearly and I would hate for something bad to happen to her!
