It must be something that is going around because the 4 year old grandson that I am raising, has the same problem. No matter how many times a day I have him blow it, before I can get back from throwing the trash away, he has boogers hanging again.

Possibly allergies? I'm a guy and this may not pertain to you but if I don't trim my nose hairs about every 6 months then they start to tickle the inside of my nose and cause me to constantly sneeze and ooze.

If you are not infected with an upper respiratory ailment, the is a possibility that you may have sinus allergies.

You should use nasal saline....it works wonders for when you have a cold!
