It's from the early 80's and I've always liked it and I want to do it at karaoke sometime but the dj's usually look them up according to artist and I have no idea who did it. Help? Thanks.

It's "I Want to Know What Love Is" (not 'where'), and yes, it's Foreigner.

If you mean " I Wanna Know WHAT Love Is", it's Foreigner. But, if it's "WHERE", then, I don't know. Sorry.
