the easiest way is to divide the original amount by 100 and then multiply by the percentile amount you're looking for (35 in your case)...add this to the original amount and you have the answer...or you can just multiply by 1.35 - that'll give you 135% of whatever you multiply(you can work out the rest huh?)

Multiply each by 135% (which is 1.35)

This works because you are adding 35% to the 100% already there, and adding 100% and 35% gets you 135% of whatever you had originally (which is why you multiply by 1.35 to get your answer the fastest way possible).

1:45900
2:47925
3:29025
4:17500

You can multiply 35 times the number which is $17,500 and then divide the answer into a 100 which will be $6,125 for number 4

35*17500=612500/100=6125

just multiply by 1.35

because multiplying by "1.00" is the same as saying 100%, so adding 35% is the same as saying multiply by 1.35.
EG: 34000 * 1.35

You could also say the original amount PLUS (+) 35/100 * the original amount .. but that is a longer way to do it.
EG: 34,000 + 35/100(34000)

Examples you gave:
34000 * 1.35 = 45900
35500 *1.35 = 47925

multiply the number by 1.35. 0.35 would represent just 35% of it since you want to add the original amount you need to multiply by 135%
