Everyone thinks MCR is the best band in the world. They aren't, neither is Panic!. However, Panic! At The Disco has a better singer and better sounding music to me. They make you want to get up and dance to them! lol, but yeah. Never said they were great : /

I like both! But P!@TD has more songs I love :) They are interesting, funny, and have very rocking talent.

They arent that great.. But Music wise I would say panic at the disco is better, Same reason as you, The singer is MUCH better, the music is better put together, also a little different then the norm...

BMG music just tried to push My Chemical Romance off as a featured selection for me. THEY SUCK! I have to go with At The Disco, and I never even heard them.
