dog or cat...would you keep him and try to find the owner? Or call the pound?
I would keep the animal. and if no one claimed it, well another mouth to feed I guess!

Such a cute story, I would keep it too but have two cats already. If it didn't get along with them, then I would try to find it a good home.

Try to find the owner before calling the pound because they put animals to sleep if they cannot find the home. I would try to give the animal a temporary home for as long as I possibly could.

Last time I called animal control, they knew the owner. When I saw the creep I felt bad that the poor pup had to go back home. At least with me he would have been wanted.

i would keep it and look for the owner, and if i couldnt find it, then i would look for a new home for it. we already have 2 cats and 2 younger brothers and my twin sis and my mom at my house. its a tad crowded

The cat is now named KittyKitty, the dog is now named Skeeder, yes I keep them.

Thats exactly what I did. I kept him, called the pound, no one claimed him, so I took him for shots and neutering. 8 months later, he came in poisened...died right in front of us.*

a kitten actually followed my granddaughter home to our house and my fiance knew where the kitten came from so as soon as our grandaughters left we took him back to the spot he came from and left him there
