No. Because only one thing can be the best. Ranking 2 the best is silly. Maybe there can be a Gold, Silver, and Bronze award, so more people reap the point benefits.

Yes! Sometimes it is hard to choose, becuase two people will say totally different things that are both correct, and you wish you could choose both. (However, when it comes to more than one person giving you the same answer, I just pick whoever answered first or in the most detail/most complete.)
Go right ahead and mention it to them, I'll applaud you if it works!
EDIT: I think Lori's got a better idea than just letting you pick several best answers. Let's go with that!

Well sometimes i think so but i think that's it'c alright with one...maybe what they can do is have the asker pick a best answer and also the voters could vote for a best answer as well......Dani has a good idea abotu this too i think

Yes, I honestly give great consideration to serious answers. Also love funny answers when appropriate. It is hard to chose a best answer at times. I would like to see first and second.. First 10 points, second, five points.

Occasionally there are 2 really good answers. So, how about either 2 best answers or best and second best answer?

Yes, in a lot of cases you get more than 1 best answer.
