It depends on the facility but there are different types of meat mixture that they get as a main diet, sometimes it is cow, sometimes horse.

On the side they also get treats from time to time be it a entire horse, cow shank, fish, sometimes even fruits and veggies.

For the enclousure it again depends on the facility. Holding areas are cleaned on a daily basis, the exhibit tends to be only on a need to basis. Depending on the size, number of animals, etc that could be several times a week to just once a month.

They really do not get any vaccinations or meds on a daily basis unless they have health issues. Healthy wolves are fine on their own just as any other healthy captive animal. However if you have an older animal they might need daily meds, those tend to be given in food.

As far as being checked by a vet it again depends on the animal. If you have an older animal with health issues they might be checked more often than a younger healthy one. Overall though the keepers just keep an eye out for any odd behavior... not eating, limping, odd stool, etc. The try to keep check-ups to a min because it can be unneeded stress for the animals and there is always a danger of an animal dying while knocked down.

I work in a zoo as well.
We dont have grey wolves, we have red but it would be the same to take care of

Ours eat high protien dog food, some canned, occasional rats and mice...eggs and whatever they might catch in their exhibit
Their side caged get cleaned everyday the enclosure every other day
Our wolves get all vaccinations that your dog at home would get, they also get heart worm prevention AND flea prevention
They get yearly physicals and checked for worms several times a year. The keepers do most of the monitoring and if something is wrong we will call the vet
