my speakers are plugged in... i know cuz of the blue light. and i dont have master volume, and they dont work?

i may have deleted something from my programs list... would a program have an effect on the volume? does active X control have anything to do with it?

Do a search for (name of your computer) and sound driver. Usually you can download it for free.

Hi. Your volume control is under "Start> All programs> Accessories> Entertainment> Volume control". Make sure that none are muted.
