Drs actually suggest only having sex every other day when trying to conceive, this way the mans sperm count builds back up.

i guess as much as you can physically handle, but if your trying to conceive then it probably help you any to do it that often cuz they're sperm has to build back up and doctors recommend you do it every other day.
