Very Fresh poll results show Hillary losing to Guiliani , Romney , Huckabee , Thompson , and McCain .
This was not the case a several weeks ago though as you will see on the provided link .
It's probably a combination of factors , but one that cannot be ignored is Hillary's wild and unsafe views on Immigration . She spoke-out at the debate. . . .. . and America heard her loud and clear . And we/they disagreed over-whelmingly . Now she's losing ground daily to Obama and cannot beat any Republican in the general elections . Thank you Hillary .

But I'm wondering if Democrats have had time to digest this great defeat .
What Do Democrats Think About Hillary's Rapid And Continuing Decline In The Polls ?

Correction - I mispoke when I said 'defeat' . I meant 'decline' and now I can understand why some took this wrong .

WOW, I didn't think Hillary would move at all in the primaries or in the general election, at least until she was defeated in one of the early states.

I also didn't believe this poll upon first reading, there is a slight problem though. The November poll shows that it was conducted on-line while the other polls were conducted via telephone interview. As we all should know on-line polls are less accurate as they typically include anyone with an internet connection. When the phone interviews are conducted they only include those who have previously voted in the elections and are likely to vote in the upcoming elections.

We shall see though. I personally think it's a good thing to see Hillary slipping in the polls. Obama is far more likely to win the general election over any republican then Hillary.

If the Democrats nominate Hillary Clinton, they deserve to lose. BTW, according to several polls, as well as the guy from Zogby, Hillary also trails Ron Paul in a theoretical general election.

Wow, polls didn't mean anything to those who hate Hillary a week ago, what happened lol? Seriously, one Zogby poll showing a slight decline and people like yourself are practically dancing in the street declaring her huge defeat. Talk about jumping the gun. The polls will go up and down for quite a while from now until the nominations, depending on the current political shots being fired back and forth. Come on, you know that Earnest. "Digest this great defeat? lol" Please, be serious. This fight is just getting started.

I think it makes a good headline but not that much of a difference, what the margin, 2 or 3 points or something? About the same as when she was leading by 2 or 3 points. You have to factor in margin of error, I took a statistics course in high school, and the difference has to be at least a 5% difference to be statistically significant.

I think it's funny to hear the media trying to blow smoke and become flustered after so long acting as her personal PR machine/press secretary!

It's interesting that when Edwards showed assertiveness towards Clinton/her policy...challenging her to explain herself there was very little/significant movement in the polls.

However, when Obama starts to do the same there's significant movement in public opinion.

Just my opinion...maybe Obama is perceived as more credible/trustworthy so his critique of her policies are 'sticking'.

As her views come our she loses ground and the far left and other dem candidates are bleating her that the sharks are ready to pounce on her in the general election.

Well, since I don't like Hillary and the poll also shows Obama and Edwards BEATING the Republican frontrunners head to head... I like it.

How is this a defeat? The nominations haven't occured yet. Reality Check: The Dems still have 3 other candidates who are doing better than all the other Republicans, that makes me feel good! BTW, I'm not a Hilary supporter.
