I think he is leaving soon. He has made comments about how Hornswoggle didn't really beat him. It was just because Finlay interferred. He said something like the 2 of them together couldn't beat him. I think in another week or 2 they will have Carlito wrestle Finlay and Hornswoggle and if Carlito loses he is fired.
At first Carlito won't be able to go to TNA because he still has more time on his contract. But the WWE will let him out of it early and he can wrestle for his dad but not TNA. He would only be able to go to TNA when his contract would have expired. I am not sure when that is.

it will end up being Carlito vs. Kurt Angle at a TNA PPV which will happen after Carlito finally gets released from thw WWE and join TNA Wrestling.

I think he wont leave because i think that Carlito is trying to stay in WWEs good books. If he stays there he'll be fine.

He's leaving next month as far as things are going.
You can definitely tell he's leaving because he's jobbing and being made of joke of all of the time.

carlito is leaving.....he and WWE have came to an agreement that will have him leave either in Dec or Jan....he will be wrestling for WWC and can not wrestle with TNA until his WWE contract is done. check it out on prowrestling.com;

They might just be using him untill his contract runs out. Notice over the past few weeks hes been buried in bad skits with Hornswoggle.
