Obviously Pinay. I have seen so many who have shown patients and understanding, as well as having a knowledge of handling certain situations like others could never even imagine. I know well because I was once married to a very Lovely Pinay who won several awards from her company all because of her reliable customer service applied in handling sometimes very trying and adverse situations. In fact, she has passed now, and there is an almost impossible award for any employee to receive; and it is named after my late Asawa, Grace. It is awarded to a worker who makes that personal stride to give that extra necessary commitment toward handling customer service; such that there is NOTHING that can go wrong. She earned that particular Award, herself, 3-times in just 5-years. Prior to her receiving it, the award was only presented to two others over a course of 8-years. As far as I know, till this day, it has never been awarded to another employee. The company that I am referring to here is not just your common, everyday, little communication company. The company that I am speaking of here is named AT&T. Perhaps you've heard of that corporation? I hope so because I own stock in it.

I would have to say the boys win in this department. Even though the girls are very good at their job they will be quick to judge people straight away. For example when you are at SM and a white american is married to a Filipina woman and automatically the girl will think she is a bargirl. You know what I mean. Guys wouldn't really care and just serve them the best they can to get a tip or commision.

It depends on what industry. If you're asking about the gay porn industry, I'd have to say Pinoy. If you're asking about selling me my lumpia, it's the Pinay that always give me vinegar to dip 'em in.
