On average, Medicare pays a lot more to support an average female than to support an average male, but this is because conservative men abuse women so much.
Would it be proper for President Bush to ask men to pay a higher medicare tax rate while working if he viewed that as "men paying their fair share"?

thats a stupid argument. As much freedoms as women have they still cant manage to keep jobs and their own coverage, women in general live longer meaning we still have wives from the 1950's whose sole caregiver was the husband and without them, they need those services provided, and the media pushes the emphasis of breast care, pregnancy, pap smears and heart care. We are also less prideful when it comes to care as opposed to the macho man. With that said....you're stupid

President Bush has no power to do such a thing.
It would take Congress to make the change you suggest.
I'd like to see the figures that back up your assertions on abuse and so on.
