Obviously it does not. Any Bible patron can read that the Moon rules the night. It would go against God's word if it dared to come out in the daytime!

Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.

Yes. Haven't you ever seen it? Ghostly pale quarter and gibbous moons in the blue sky during mid-morning or afternoon? The closer the moon is to the sun in the sky, the more crescent and dim it is, but as it passes the first quarter phase, it is often bright enough to be seen in the daytime.

Look up the coming moon phases in an almanac or on a calendar and try tracking them. The moon follows the sun around the sky, but lags further behind each day. The sun laps the moon every four weeks or so. But they are both there all the time. Keep in mind, when the moon is new, it will be rising and setting with the sun and be very hard to see because we mostly see the dark side. At first quarter, it will be six hours behind the sun, rising around noon and setting at midnight. At full moon, it rises at 6 PM and sets at 6 AM. And during the last quarter, it rises at midnight and sets at noon. Knowing about where the moon is in the sky can help you be more observant and spot it more easily.

Yes. It happens almost every day. In fact, a couple of weeks ago at dawn I was lucky enough to see the new moon, the sun, and Venus all next to each other. It wouldn't made a cool picture. Here's a longer answer:
1. full moon - visible at dawn or dusk at the opposite horizon from the sun
2. new moon - usually too dark to see during the day, except maybe at dawn or dusk. During an eclipse (the kind with the moon between the earth and the sun) you're seeing the new moon during the day
3. partial moon - part of the moon is visible part of the day, but you'll probably only see the bright side. The dark side will look invisible due to the sky being too bright in front of it.

Wait... how old are you? Are you trying to tell me you have never looked up during the daytime and seen the moon? Not even once?

OK... if you are blind I apologize for the question... but if you are not, I have to assume that something is definitely wrong with your eyes and advise to see an eye specialist.

The moon does not 'come out'. It depends on whether it is clear enough for it to be seen during the day.

Sure, it's there a lot of the time.

I've seen it in the sky at the same time as the sun a lot of times.
