Shouldn't the native country at least be billed for services rendered?

it is unlawful to aid and abet criminals. but for some reason we have our political leaders want to do just that and usurp the law, for their own political gain. ie, the recent fiasco in NY State with granting licenses to illegal aliens (thanks, Gov. Spitzer and Sen. Clinton),

But, thanks to the outcry against it, the effort was thwarted, for the moment. As an American we have to keep ever vigilant apparently of our political leaders, as well as those who wish to harm us from the outside

Interesting question. However do you really think we could get the native country to pay? Most illegal immigrants leave their country because the situation is so bad. Generally they are not being taken care of any socialized programs are non existent. Something has to be done with them and unfortunately everything costs money.

It is illegal.

However it only takes ONE judge to legislate from the bench.

That is what happens when liberal judges make legal decisions based on ideology instead of law.

That IS why they get services.

Vote Republican or Independents into control this round. If WE the People don't let them sit in power for long periods they might just do something to impress us.
