More like a gang member wannabee street trash. Sorry but if I was interviewing you for a job, I wouldn't hire you.
I see lots of fellow Hispanics with this non-professional look to them, they apply for jobs in my building. Part of the issue is your eye make-up. The liner and how you did your eye brows.
If your hair is naturally brown (or dark brown) leave it that way. Don't dye it black. Sorry, but looks like you've darkened your hair. That's always a turn-off, whether folks are trying to look Goth or gang-related.
At least you don't have any visible tattoos, at least none that I could see. You're very pretty. You just need to project a more professional image.
