The second haircut is definitely more flattering to you. I could easily picture you dressed up for a night on the town or headed off to work. The first picture makes you look unkept.

Dude, I'm not gay, but go for the first one. It depends on the women you want to attract. If you want the lifeless MTV bimbos, go for the first one. They're easily attracted to what ever is popular at the moment.
I say for the second one and find a woman who actually like what looks best on you. These women will love you for yourself and not your style.
