The mother just cant seem to get her self together, what can the family do to help without inableiing her? She isnt on drugs or anything like that but just cant give up the compony of the someone thats bad for her and the kids.

Based on your other questions and answers, you either live a horrendous life (amazing that you have the time and ability to ask questions on this website, rather than speaking with a social worker or other helpful adult), or have a complete lack of imagination (nothing new under the sun) when it comes to asking questions (and giving answers).
Regardless, consider buying a dictionary and grammar guide, or take a remedial course in English (unless, of course, you purposely mangle the English language to make yourself seem more like a po' boy or girl), and stop wasting your time (and ours!) on the computer.
