Yeah, I noticed that as well.
The few wins he has are by surprise Roll-Ups or Sunset Flips. If Santino was given an opponent where he could display the move, then maybe we would see it. However, being matched up with people like Jerry Lawler will not give him a chance to do it.

You have to win a match to be able to have a finishing move. He loses all the time. Why use a finishing move and not be able to finsh off the person with it. If the WWE ever decides to let him win a match maybe we will see the move.
