out of curiosity, what will you be charged with if you're over 18, anywhere in general, and are there any extra charges by the law besides getting in trouble at school, if you perform a sexual act at school?
does it matter if it's oral or actual sex, etc etc?
and also, is "road head" (bj while driving) against the law?
and is it considered illegal exposure to flash a dildo in public?

serious answers please?.

All those things are illegal, possibly except flashing the dildo, which would depend on your States laws. (I know that in Alabama it's illegal even to own one)

The usual actual charge (The name varies by jurisdiction) is Gross Public Indecency. It's a felony in most places, and will not only possibly get you jail time, but will get you onto the sex offender registry. I know a 15 year old girl whose parents just had to move because she got busted giving oral sex to her 15 yr old boyfriend at school, and now she's a registered sex offender, which means she couldn't stay in her parents home which was within 2,000 feet of a park.

Well, a lot of these fall under public lewdness. It may matter if it is actual sex, depending on the circumstances, like whether or not money is being exchanged for the act.

Several years ago, a pro football player was getting road head when he had an accident. The young lady giving him head bit off the member. He committed suicide not much later.

Probably nothing against flashing a dildo. Now you've asked about crimes, and most of this conduct has some criminal element. The conduct that doesn't is just plain unwise.
