It means Earth is small compared to other planets that have moons of the same size. Jupiter has several moons as big as ours, but Jupiter is gigantic compared to Earth. This means that the lunar tides on Jupiter are much smaller than they are on Earth.

it means that the size in relation to the host planet is large. for instance mars has two moons which are only a few kilometers in diameter whereas earths moon is some 2000 miles in diameter. (A) 4 moons of jupiter ganymede, callisto, io and europa. if by terrestial you mean earth like then (C) i have already answered. and as for(B) the earths moon is about 1/4 the size of earth and the moons of jupiter are the size of the planet mercury or a little smaller.making the earths moon the largest in relation to the host planet.
