I'm 25, so I feel I'm more than qualified to offer a little constructive criticism involving people in this age group.
But what is it with some of these people? They can be the biggest party poopers, really ruin your day with their constant whining about 'getting old' (come whine to me when you're 60 or something, jeez), trying to get you to conform to their blah standards and viewpoints, listen to their music, read their books, etc.
Some of them strut about like they're on top of the world, like they know absolutely everything under the sun, that they're been there, done that, seen it all.
Or they look down on you because you still know how to have fun in life, when they're off in their cubicle or changing diapers...or if they'd rather sit around in a coffee shop and b*tch haughtily about those "young'uns" and how immature they are (when in fact they're referring to people only a few years younger than they).
Why are they so high and mighty?
Anyone else have problems dealing?

I whine and ***** out of disgust and desperation...normally I'm pretty chill with these people, and put up with them to some extent, although part of me is laughing at them inside at times.

Don't concern yourself with them. I have seen lots of strange people around, but I stick with people who have a sense of humor, so I keep mine!

1. I have two daughters and I'm pregnant(13 weeks) with our third child. Ages 5 years old and 20 months old. 2. I just turned 23 when I had my first baby. 3. The greatest responsibility is probably raising your kids so they grow up to wonderful, intelligent, and respectful people. Also not to contribute to the unemployed and welfare collectors who should/could be working. 4. I consider just watching your kids grow up to be reward in itself. 5. I think my parents, in-laws, and our families have helped a great deal. 6. I think some parents(teenagers) do need education before becoming parents. 7. For me it is pretty much the same. I have the same values as my parents did. 8. I really can't answer that as they are so young. But I think they could very well have 2 or 3 kids. They will be growing up in a family of 3 children. 9. I don't have a son(yet) but I would say 23-27. And the same for my daughters. I think you should wait until after college to have kids. 10. Parenting is one of the most important times of your life because you are adding to the future society. Parenting is not a time to goof off.

I am 30 and I would say it doesn't matter what age group there are annoying ppl everywhere, everyone and and anyone can find something to whine or ***** about, theres all kinds of folks to make the world go around hehe. I am one of the ones staying home changing diapers and I love it, well not the shitty ones but you know what I mean haha, I don't party atlhough I do have a close bit of friends I hang out with, my as far as going out and getting loaded out of my mind like I did when I was a teenager nope that is not for me, you do grow out of that stuff when your priorities change, although my husband still enjoys spending time with his guy friends and drinking a few but maybe ppl are just mentioning stuff to u cause they think it's time you start to grow up, I am not saying you are or not grown up, but either way just try to enjoy life :D

drafter, I was like that for a while, but that was probably not my true personality. I think it was self preservation. Don't understand? I'll tell ya. When I got married and had a baby, I had to stop all the crazy lifestyle habits. No more thinking about myself. Everything became about my child, husband and household. I was really into it. Keeping to myself might have made me lose sight of other people and things out in the rest of the world. My kids are older now and while not grown, they don't need me as much. Now every week we have a party at our house, a band and shoot pool. All the neighbors bring their kids too. We have a blast. We drink and talk about all kinds of stupid stuff. Its great to be out of responsibility land once in a while. It makes us get back to who we were before all the heavy stuff came.

I act high and mighty because I am. Not because of my age.
I would have to say this is not an age thing it applies to people in general.
After leaving my cube today I will be gitting into my corrvette, taking it to my house where I will meet with frinds have a few beers and then drop 100s on strippers.
You will be getting up at noon, driving your ford focus, then hanging with friends drinking the cheapest beer you can afford for the purpose of getting drunk, you might puke then claim your a party animal after driving back to moms house.
the 30s are better than the 20s; thats why.
LOL

My problem was with this 21 year old Haitian girl named Joann that I dated. She and I kind of started again, and I found out she was talking crap to her friends, but at the same time she claimed she liked me. It's been one big headache because she turned out to be a total liar.
