They call the Patriots cheaters because the Patriots beat their favorite team. Forget the taping thing...happens all the time. And those teams/managers/etc that acted the most outraged were sweating bullets that it wasn't them getting caught. So far the Pats have whipped a** and taken names. And, guess what? They are definitely not my favorite team.

Although I wouldn't call them the best franchise in the galaxy (that's for now, just wait until they really start winning and the team gets dismantled and starts losing all over again!), I think that people need to stop making such a big deal out of one game against a mediocre team like the New York Jets. The Patriots did what they did and they got caught and were punished. To that, I say these three words: LET'S MOVE ON!
There are plenty of other things going on that warrant the attention more than just a camera and some "spying" on a team. You got an NFL player who's about to go down on some dogfighting charges and was thrown under the bus by his team after giving his heart and soul to them for a number of years! In the midst of all this, the commissioner of the NFL (Screw him!) is a p---y and a hypocrite because he says he wants to uphold the NFL and not do further damage to the league and only wants to restore its image, yet he decides to reinstate a player back to the NFL who fails a substance abuse test a number of times and bailed on his team in the middle of a season all because the bastard wanted to run off to a gay-azz holistic clinic and jerk off and smoke his weed with no regard to how other people may think or feel!
And I also want to point out that there is an NFL player for the Washington Redskins named Sean Taylor who passed away after being shot in the leg and leaving behind a multitude of family and friends. The Redskins lost a brother, uncle, father, friend, and leader. These are the kinds of things that must be dealt with here and now. The sooner everybody opens their eyes and wakes up to what's really important and stops focusing on that which isn't, then the better off we'll all be able to function and stop taking certain things for granted!

GO STEELERS !!
Simply put, the Pats got caught and they suffered the name game; cheaters...
FACT: Every team in the NFL has cheated
FACT: The Pats got caught and made an example of
FACT: The Pats are still a solid team and playing well. They can cheat or get cheated on but they will still win games simply because
"Players still have to make plays in order to win. The coach can do everything right but the players still have to perform or they lose games..."
"If a WR can not make the catches, who cares what the coaches call"
"If the O-Line does not open the holes and the RB does not find a way through to get yards or score, it doesn't matter what the coaches call"
FACT: It does help to cheat, it gives an edge. The fact is that even the edge sometimes makes you lose on "Any given Sunday"
FACT: Any team can lose, even if they cheat.
FACT: The Pats will probably get to the Super Bowl but they can still lose in the big game !!
But for now they are going to be labeled cheaters till they prove everyone wrong...FACT

i think of its humorous how lots human beings hate the Pats. the different team with their thoughts may be enjoyed through the media. however the media hates the instructor by using fact he won't refer to them. So the media tells the followers to hate the instructor, and hate the gang, and bam, you have have been given hatazzz. we are speaking some team that reformed Randy Moss. we are speaking some team that tragically lost one in all its gamers this previous 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. we are speaking some team featuring a beginning LB who got here back from a stroke, for Pete's sake. we are speaking some team with Junior Seau, the unmarried happiest guy or woman in the international. we are speaking concerning the only team in activities that has completely and continuously stated "team first, me 2d" which in accordance to all of the activities video clips and such is what you're meant to declare, nicely the Patriots say that, do this, and win through that greater suitable than the different team interior the international outstanding now, in any interest. the only reason i could in all threat see to call the Patriots classless is by using fact LaDanian Tomlinson stated so after final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days's playoff recreation. Now, I appreciate LaDanian lots, he's a smart guy, yet he replaced into calling out some gamers doing one act. no longer calling the full team classless human beings. So even although LT stated it, it would not relatively flow that some distance. the only logical reason to describe Pats haters is by using fact the media hates invoice Belicheck by using fact he won't refer to them, and due to that, they tell followers to hate the Pats.

They broke a rule and got caught. The thing that is important to note is that they got caught.
Everyone looks for an edge in winning a game when the stakes are as high as they are in the NFL, no one disputes this. Former coaches have admitted to it.
Recording signals is not against the rules. All teams do it. Recently, however, the rule was modified to prevent recording signals from the field. It is still acceptable to do so from the booth, just not from the field.
The tape never made it to the locker room for review, so it did not aid them in any way.
The problem was resolved, but people cannot let it go.

I take it you're not a Patriots* fan, because you put the asterisk after their name.
Some of there fans want to win and obviously aren't concerned whether they win honestly or not.
Listen to their fans making excuses they never watched the tapes shut the hell up, how do you knoe for sure, and if they weren't doing anything wrong why did the tapes get "accidentally destroyed"
losing a draft pick for the best team isn't a punishment neither is a piddly half a million dollar fine for a guy who has tons of money, the Pats* got a slap on the wrist, just showing the NFL doesn't care anymore.

Yeah, it is part of the game to try on the fly to steal signs. Not video taping them and then breaking down the film to know exactly what sign is what that my friend is cheating plain and simple thus the penalty the Patriots received!!

Because they either are jealous and/or don't follow football closely. The tape that was confiscated in the first game was never even watch by the Pats so they beat the Jets with skill (like that was hard) just like they have beaten every other team this year. Let people say what they want...those people would give anything to have their team be this good.

There is a reason why people call them cheaters, it's not based on name calling. LoL. If your caught cheating in games or in any other situations, your going to be labeled as cheaters and if any other teams were to do the same, they would receive the same treatment.

Because "some" are intelligent football fans who respect the integrity of the game as opposed to blind homer Patriot fans who would be screaming bloody murder about cheating if any other team had the same "skill and hard work ethic" as theirs.
