Besides her show I dont think its good enough for her to be famous. Am not being jealous of her its just that her voice is ok but theres other singers out there that could sing far BETTER than her but still she are the one who is much more famous...Why?!?!

omg omg omg !!1 finally!!! My point exactlly! there are people that have a passion for singing and can act so well! but they arent even discoverd or come close to being discoverd.!
miley is famous bc her dad. i know she is she has got to be!!!!!!!!
lets say mileys dad isnt billy ray. why in the world would she be famous? she has no reason to. she has to be famous bc of her dad

I guess because she auditioned for the part and she got it and it doesn't hurt that she has a famous father...
To be honest I think that she's not the prettiest girl on the show.. Emily is and she's not the best singer on the show either.. Her dad is... and she's not the best actress on the show either... Emily is way better than her... you can probably tell that I like Emily lol
She doesn't bother me to much... just wish her character didn't seem so selfish sometimes

She has a squeaky clean Disney approved image and Disney is great at marketing. You can't turn your head in a Walmart without seeing Miley Cyrus or Hannah Montana stuff. The more she's put out there the more kids will see her show and therefore by her albums and see her concerts. It's all about marketing.

I dont really understand why she is really a singer.
She got the show from Disney... and then since she played a singer ON the show... they decided to make more money off it.
THAT is why she is famous. They just want to suck us dry.

There are far worse people who are famous, who do not deserve it for reasons much more, let's say controversial and despicable than a 14 year old Disney star.
Other than that though, I must say, I love Hannah Montana, I'm amused by it. Sure no one on the show is a great actor, but it's a show for children. Miley's a cute girl, she's got a nice voice (when it's not touched up) and she's very charming.

Becuase her father was a one time hit back int he day so they accept because of her dad....and kids love anything that they can sing themselves...dont get me wrong I love HM....but if you have someone there already that has paved a path for you its alot easier to get in.....
