I wouldn't ban them because they have a right to freedom of speech. However I wish that Y!A would have a way to give a question a thumbs down so the more unbalanced rants get the feedback that they deserve.

besides I enjoy seeing people make fools of them selves by making claims then get shot down by people who present facts.

They get into free speech too much already. I suggest we let those who rant without citing evidence from reliable sources continue to show how ignorant and stupid they really are.
