Monkeys never evolved into monkeys, that is merely evolutionists cover to make it look like they have found something out when they really don't know how to answer peoples questions about evolution. Now let's look at a second basic evolutionary teaching which is contrary to scientific law. One of the most necessary parts of evolution, which is supposed to provide the power for changing the amoeba into a man, is mutation. This refers to abnormal changes in the organism which are assumed to be caused by chemical changes in the genes themselves. The genes are the hereditary factors within the chromosomes of each species. Every species has its own particular number of chromosomes which contain the genes. Within every human being are 46 chromosomes containing an estimated 100,000 genes, each one of which is able to affect in some way the size, colour, texture, or quality of the individual. The assumption is that these genes, which provide the inherited characteristics we get from our ancestors, occasionally become affected by unusual pairing, chemical damage, or other influences, causing them to produce an unusual change in one of the offspring. This is referred to as a mutation. Through gradual changes wrought in the various species through mutation, it is assumed by the evolutionists that the amoeba turned into an invertebrate, which became an amphibian, then a reptile, a quadruped, an ape form, and finally a man. In other words, the species are not fixed in the eyes of the evolutionists. Families are forever drifting over into another higher form as time progresses. This means that all the fossil records of animal history should reveal an utter absence of precise family boundaries. Everything should be in the process of changing into something else - with literally hundreds of millions of half-developed fish trying to become amphibious, and reptiles halfway transformed into birds, and mammals looking like half-apes or half-men. If we turned into humans from apes then that has to go for all other mammals, how come we aren't seeing other mammals changing species? Monkeys aren's still evolving into humans because they never did evolve into humans.

How do you know they aren't? I know a few people that seem pretty far down the evolutionary chain.

But according to Darwin it takes some sort of outside influence to push one species to evolve into another. From scientific observation this is not something that happens over night. So if a specified landmass had a slow climate change the affected the quantity of food, type of food, average temperature or available moisture then only those that could adjust to the new environment would survive. That adjustment is called evolution.

So if there is no external influence there is no reason for a successful species to evolve.

There is one other theory that says that evolution may be caused partially by small mutations that allow one or more individuals in a species to be more successful than others within an unchanging environment. So an individual with long legs can run from predators faster and survives longer to reproduce more and have more offspring with longer legs.
Eventually the more successful individuals win out over the less successful. Success is measured by rate of survival which increases an individuals ability to reproduce more often and longer.

Monkeys are not evolving into humans. They would be evolving into a different species but it will not be human. Humans did not evolve from monkeys either. Humans and monkeys share a common ancestor. Humans evolved one way and monkeys evolved another way.

Because humans didn't evolve from monkeys. The concept of evolution is a load of crap

here's what i found----- "Many creationists, she said, wonder why monkeys still exist if humans came from monkeys.

"This misconception illustrates a major confusion held by many about evolution," Scott said, "that fish evolved into amphibians, which evolved into reptiles, which evolved into mammals, which evolved into humans in some ladder of life."

The ladder of life description of evolution, Scott said, "is erroneous. Evolution is really a branching and splitting of lineage's through time. (The difference between) ladders and trees is very profound."

"Still evolving into humans?" No one ever said that we evolved from monkeys. Scientists say that we evolved from a primate; that does not translate to modern day monkeys.

Monkeys are one species that evolved from a primate and we are another. Primates are still evolving while we are not according to science - well, at least our brains are not and have not for approx. 150,000 years.

Humans split from the primate family tree millions of years ago and have been on a separate evolutionary track since then. Monkeys are monkeys and primate evolution takes thousands of years, so actually monkeys ARE evolving, but they are doing so on their own evolutionary track and at a pace that you will never be able to observe.

This is reality, not pokemon. Individuals do not evolve. Evolution isn't directed toward a "goal" other than that some individuals reproduce more and some don't.

Monkeys do just fine as monkeys. Please ask this question again in 22 million years.

Evolution is a very lengthy process!
Spontaneous genetic mutations in monkeys over thousands of generations will make the monkey specie to evolve to a new specie(I doubt it will be any thing like us, perhaps banana chipping experts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11)
