Please help p.c monitor trouble!!!?

My daughter bashed some keys on the keyboard and has somehow managed to turn the whole screen upside down!!!!
how do i fix this? can i fix this? any help much appreciated.

Try CTRL-ALT-UP_ARROW and see if that flips it back.

In your monitor adjustments there is one called monitor rotation, try that one. Not sure what sort of monitor/system you have so I can't tell you where to find them.
