Windows:
Start - Run - enter "dxdiag" in the dialog box. When dxdiag starts, check under the "Display" tab.

right click on the desktop and choose properties and on the settings tab choose advance and then on the graphic card properties tab u will find how much memory u have

Download and run Belarc Advisor (program so small it fits on a floppy)

It gives you full details of all your computer hardware, software, Hard Drive size & free space on it, Memory, Etc.
