I'm Jennifer, I've been working in a mall here in Al Ain for 8 months now. I've decided to take a vacation after my one year of employment. Will the company allow me? Will the company provide a ticket going home?
and if not....they will not allow me...
my second option is to resign. Do i have to pay them for my resignation? for not finishing my contract? my contract is three years. Will i pay to them or to the office of Labor and Employment.
Thanks.
Hope you can advice me.
Jenny

You should be directing these questions to your employer. We don't know the specifics of your situation, so can't\shouldn't make a comment.
