Some women feel nothing.
I had sore breasts and extreme fatigue.

Most people don't know they are pregnant at 3 weeks. I would say at this point you'll probably just feel tired. There is really no set way you are supposed to feel at any stage of pregnancy. Each woman and each pregnancy is different.

You can have every symptom in the book (crampy, tired, cranky, nausea, sore breasts...) or you can have not a single one and feel 100% normal.
I didnt gain weight or have a single symptom for over 4 months and at every dr appt when she asked how i felt, I'd just say, 'Normal!"

tired.. most women dont even know they are pregnant at 3 wks! so you shouldnt really be feeling anything symptom wise since the egg just finished implanting a week ago!

You're not necessarily "supposed" to feel any way. Every woman & every pregnancy is different so everybody feels & experiences different things during pregnancy.
