I took the pregnancy home test and it tested positive. I've missed two periods. But I guess I kind of question it now because I am suppose to be 9 weeks along and I've only had two weeks at the most of morning sickness. That might be a good thing. This is my first pregnancy and I'm worried that it might be a miscarriage. I don't know what one looks like. Do you just bleed? Is there any pain?

You dont have to be sick to have a healthy pregnancy. Your hormones will fluctuate, and when your body gets used to them you'll stop being sick.

Theres nothing to worry about.

One good way to avoid a miscarriage is to make sure you receive proper prenatal care. Go see an OBGYN doctor or a free clinic for proper care and a peace of mind. Bless you and dont start your pregnancy worrying too much because the baby can feel what the mother feels too. Also, your local county can help you with Medicaid insurance, in most states you are automatically qualified if you are pregnant regardles of income.

Home pregnancy tests are pretty acurate. I've been pregnant 3 times and I usually take a test twice before I go to the doctor. Only one of the tests were inacurate. With my kids I never had morning sickness...so you very well could be pregnant with a healthy baby.

There would be pain and bleeding with a miscarriage.

HOWEVER, it's normal to have very twinges or mild cramping where your body is expanding for the baby. Spotting is different than bleeding, and needs to be checked out to ensure that there are complications.

Most OBs see expectant mothers around the 8th week, so you'll want to get in to see one soon!

sometimes there's pain in a miscarriage sometimes there's not. it just depends. home prgnancy tests are very accurate and normally you would get a false negative b4 you would a false positive. just because you don't have morning sickness doesn't mean your not. i never had it. now i'm 30 weeks. call your doctor.

have you taken a second now that your symptoms have gone away? That would be the best thing todo. the test are pretty accurate you are more likely to get a false negative than positive.

Good luck and you should have already arranged prenatel care! get on to that.

Go to the doctor. It's time to stop guessing. You'd better find out for sure before it's too late to react.

when I miscarried it felt like I was being stabbed in the uterus by a knife, from every direction. It lasted an hour or two.
