The only truly live video from space is on NASA TV (see the source) where they sometimes show space walks on the Shuttle or Space Station. If you want a live satellite picture of Earth, there are none. They simply do not exist. The closest you will get to live is a weather satellite picture. The high resolution pictures of the ground like yahoo maps or google Earth shows are not live.

I can not find any cams in space but here is a website that will link you to thousands of cams around the world and in almost every condition.
