I understand this must be very difficult for you.

As with any abortion there are risks involved. Heavy bleeding is often a complication and for many women a complete abortion does not always happen. Chances for complications greatly increase when this drug is taken beyond the first trimester.

Ive written an article about this drug. Heres the link if your interested.

CYTOTEC ADMINISTRATION TO WOMEN WHO ARE PREGNANT CAN CAUSE ABORTION, PREMATURE
BIRTH, OR BIRTH DEFECTS. UTERINE RUPTURE HAS BEEN REPORTED WHEN CYTOTEC WAS ADMINISTERED IN PREGNANT WOMEN TO INDUCE LABOR OR TO INDUCE ABORTION BEYOND THE EIGHTH WEEK OF PREGNANCY. CYTOTEC SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN BY PREGNANT WOMEN TO
REDUCE THE RISK OF ULCERS INDUCED BY NON-STEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS

I don't know why you'd consider this as an option when you're already 3 months pregnant. You could risk hurting yourself or ending up with a baby with birth defects & if you don't want a baby how would you deal with that? If you don't want the baby be responsible and terminate the pregnancy safely.

although it has been used for abortions after the first 8 weeks of pregnancy, from what i've read, this is not very safe. it could lead to an incomplete miscarriage, which could result in the mother's death. also, uterine rupture, severe vaginal bleeding... pls talk to your obstetrician about other options.
