Nashua is a small city (maybe 85,000 people), set in a mixed hardwood/evergreen forest. The southern area is mostly rolling hills, while the northern and western areas are flat.

The city is on two of the largest rivers in the state. The Merrimack river sets the city's eastern border, and the Nashua River passes through a 9 mile greenbelt to the city's center, emptying into the Merrimack on the east side. Nashua's most beautiful spots are probably its parks, especially Mine Falls Park along the Nashua River and Robey Park which is just north of downtown. Nashua also has some great architecture, including the Odd Fellows building, City Hall, and several of the older catholic churches.

Not much for scenery. It's a mid size town, surrounded by wooded areas. However, they do have large rivers surrounding the city. For your average person driving through Nashua I don't think you'd be particularly blown away by the scenery though, there are nicer parts of New Hampshire to enjoy the mountains, etc.

you mean scenery?

How would I describe Nashua, NH scenery?

I would call it a mid-size American city plopped into a northern hardwood forest. Not very interesting as scenery goes.

Portsmouth is a much more scenic town than Nashua. Manchester at least as the river. Nashua has what, Rt3?
