so they won't be embarrassed by having to look at saggy boobs....and saggy tummies, and varicose vains, etc etc...the saggy 'down there' they are used too. (ok ok...I know for the youngins, there is no 'saggy'....so maybe they don't want the temptation to take you right there?! :)
