I quit smoking "cold Turkey" on October 12, 2005, after smoking for 34 years. My husband had quit 20 months before me & was on me over & over so one day I just did it and have been smoke free now over 2 years and am very happy about that. You must be determined to do it and you will. Good Luck with that!

The last thing I quit was smoking. I went cold turkey. Well worth the effort. That was over 13 years ago. I certainly don't miss it.
Good luck with your ambition to quit smoking.

Peeing...Not reaaly. That would be managing the gym. The pill Chantix by Pfizer is great for that. I have many friends that have had success and some insurance companies cover the cost.

As of four weeks to the day, I quit drinking... for good this time.

It's been hell, I've tried and failed more than a couple times in the past, but this time, I'm going to do it!!!
